Hustl+Flow is a boutique fitness studio focused on yoga, spin, and boxing. I worked with them to create motivational quotes that capture the energy of each room.
The yoga room was designed to give a sense of calm and serenity. The letters in “Flow” are composed of one continuous line which connects each letter to the next.
The spin room was designed with the 80s in mind, channelling retro brush script typography. As an added bonus, the room is equipped with blue lights, which cause the mural to glow electric purple.
The boxing room was designed to look powerful and dynamic. I used condensed, italicized lettering, reminiscent of classic boxing posters. A ‘torn paper’ effect was used across the middle, amplifying the tension between the two words.
